  • Items must be unused, undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and dust bags attached.
  • Sale items, clearance items, and customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Conditions for Refund

  • We will inspect all returned items. Once approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, etc.).

3. Return Process

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different color or style (subject to stock availability). Any price difference must be paid before reshipment.
