1. Order Processing

- During sales or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Time
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing (if available).
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Cost
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
5. International Shipping (if applicable)
- We ship to most countries.
- Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number.
- We will resend or refund after carrier investigation.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, we will not issue a refund. If need reshipment, please contact customer service timely.
