1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During sales or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing (if available).
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Cost

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • We ship to most countries.
  • Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number.
  • We will resend or refund after carrier investigation.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, we will not issue a refund. If need reshipment, please contact customer service timely.
